PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Educators at a Providence elementary school received the surprise of a lifetime Wednesday from New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye.
Maye and his wife, Ann Michael, recently paid for the Amazon classroom wish lists of every single teacher and support specialist at Alfred Lima Elementary School.

The couple initially inquired about how their nonprofit, the MayeDay Family Foundation, could support the elementary school’s educators ahead of the academic year.
