EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — After 80 minutes, a costly foul by the University of Evansville men’s soccer team resulted in the lone goal scored by the 21st ranked Louisville Cardinals.
The Purple Aces and Louisville have built quite the series over the last couple of years and Tuesday night was no different. The two teams combined for five yellow cards in the match that included one play late in the second half where multiple players had to be separated.

The Cardinals outshot the Aces 11-8, while having five shots on goal compared to UE’s one. Coming off of winning the Missouri Valley Conference
