Browns partake in first padded practice without numerous key players

The Cleveland Browns partook in their first padded practice of training camp, but it was not without some key absences from their 90-man roster.

The most notable absence is reigning NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year and linebacker Carson Schwesinger. The Browns declined to give the full scope of his injury, but head coach Todd Monken did not make it sound like it was going to keep the Cleveland standout defensive leader out long.
