Glasgow hosts a slimmed-down version of the Commonwealth Games as athletes from 74 nations and territories compete for gold in the Scottish city.
Glasgow stepped in after the Australian state of Victoria backed out three years ago due to the cost of hosting the Games.

The 10-sport programme, including six Para sports, will feature athletics, gymnastics, cycling and swimming – and will take place across four Glasgow venues.
