PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland Fire guard Bridget Carleton will make franchise history this weekend as the team’s first-ever participant in a WNBA All-Star event.
The league announced Tuesday that Carleton has been selected to compete in the 3-point contest on Friday night in Chicago. She will be battling a talented field of shooters which includes the No. 1 pick in the 2026 Draft Azzi Fudd, Toronto’s Marina Mabrey, Atlanta’s Rhyne Howard, Seattle’s Natisha Hiedeman and Golden State’s Janelle Salaün.
Carleton is currently in her eighth WNBA season and is averaging 13.5 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game while shooting
