He alleges that producers wrongfully classified contestants to pay them less. The lawsuit also alleges that producers exercised “complete domination over [contestants’] time, schedule, and their ability to eat, drink, and sleep, and communicate with the outside world during the period of employment” and that the conditions were “unsafe and inhumane.”
