A pair of Auburn freshmen are honored by Baseball America

A pair of Auburn freshmen are being rewarded with national honors after making a giant impact on the Tigers’ season.

Baseball America revealed its 2026 Freshman All-American teams on Thursday, and included Auburn first baseman Ethin Bingaman and outfielder Mason McCraine in the cut.

Bingaman and McCraine are All-Americans No. 23 and No. 24 in Auburn history. Both players were outstanding in the field and were among the team’s top sluggers at the plate.
