The Patriots are off, enjoying a break before returning for training camp July 25.

During the past few months, they engaged in OTA and minicamp practices.

Even in a non-contact setting, several players stood out. Others not so much.

In his second season working with OC Josh McDaniels, Maye looked like he was in complete command of the offense.

He was decisive, and confident in what he was doing.

At the outset, the Year 3 objective for Maye was to be able to win before the snap, to recognize how the defense could blow up
