A former Carolina Panthers wideout is cracking back into the NFL.
According to NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo, Hakeem Butler is set to sign with the Denver Broncos. The 30-year receiver spent part of his second NFL season in 2020 as a member of the Carolina Panthers.

The Iowa State product and 2018 second-team All-American was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the fourth round of the 2019 draft. Butler would be waived in early September of the next campaign, and was signed to Carolina’s practice squad just a few weeks later.
