Broncos roster: WR Troy Franklin (No. 11) may be on the hot seat

Broncos Wire‘s 90-man offseason roster series continues today with a look at third-year wide receiver Troy Franklin, No. 11.

Before the Broncos: Franklin (6-3, 180 pounds) was a three-year player for the University of Oregon from 2021-23. In 40 games played for the Ducks, Franklin caught 160 passes for 2,483 yards and 25 touchdowns. Under then-Ducks quarterback Bo Nix‘s leadership, Franklin led the Pac-12 in touchdowns in 2022 and 2023. Franklin was drafted by the Denver Broncos alongside Nix in the fourth round (102nd overall) of the 2024 NFL draft.
