André Jardine ended his time at América as one of the most decorated coaches in the club’s history. Although he does not yet know what his next project will be, he admitted his fondness for Mexico and did not rule out managing one of the blue-and-cream side’s rivals.
“I’m not closing the door on anyone, because I love the league and I love the country,” he said in an interview with Fox Sports MX.
“It would be very unwise of me to say that I will only work at América. I can see myself working many years in the Mexican league.”
