WASHINGTON — A Muslim advocacy organization filed a lawsuit against Fairfax County school administrators after four Muslim students were suspended in October.
At the time of the students’ suspensions, Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) officials released a statement calling the videos “violent acts.” The videos, which lawyers for the students claim were light-hearted promotional videos for the school’s Muslim Student Association (MSA), depicted kidnappings with “victims being hooded and placed in the trunk of a car,” said FCPS
