MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — A different type of budget concern for Montgomery County Public Schools. Parents and students are worried about delays to construction projects after the school district got less funding for planned repairs.

“This is a health issue we’re talking about. Not because we want fancy modern things – we just want a healthy facility,” said Claudia Delgado, Sherwood High School PTSA President.
