WASHINGTON — Police need the community’s help locating a missing 15-year-old last seen three weeks ago.
On Tuesday, DC Police released a critical missing alert for Avel Hickman, who was last seen on May 13 in the 500 block of Indiana Avenue, Northwest. Hickman was not reported missing by his guardians until Saturday, May 30.
