WASHINGTON — D.C. police on Friday released surveillance video as they search for suspects in a stabbing and armed carjacking in Southeast.
The incident happened around 1:43 a.m. Saturday, April 4, in the 2100 block of Savannah Terrace SE, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
