Free grocery market set to open inside Prince George’s County library to fight food insecurity

The Fairmount Five Market at the Fairmount Heights Public Library will provide free groceries to up to 175 families each week in District 5.

FAIRMOUNT HEIGHTS, Md. — A new free grocery market aimed at fighting food insecurity is opening inside the Fairmount Heights Public Library in Prince George’s County, giving residents access to groceries in a place many already know and trust.
