Teen charged for ‘unlawful filming’ at Freedom High School

The Department of Education has also opened a Title IX investigation into the filming allegations.

CHANTILLY, Va. — A teen boy has been charged after allegations surfaced that he secretly recorded fellow students at Freedom High School, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. Due to his age, LCSO did not release any identifying information on the juvenile charged.
