WASHINGTON — A D.C. man will spend a decade behind bars for his role in a major drug trafficking operation involving PCP and fentanyl. A judge handed down the sentence on Monday.
Norman Morris, 45, aka “Fibble” was found guilty last year of one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute phencyclidine (PCP). Judge Dabney Friedrich ordered Morris to serve a 121-month prison sentence with three years of supervised release.
