28-year-old Ricardo Adelso Colato Salamanca is sitting in a North Carolina jail on Monday night.
Police were called to an apartment in the 3900 block of Blackburn Lane, Burtonsville, on Saturday just before 6 p.m., for a welfare check after coworkers reported that Glenda Patricia Salamanca Reyes, 50, hadn’t come to work.
