BOWIE, Md. — Thousands of women lined up Saturday morning in Bowie for a major discounted clothing event hosted by fashion brand STRIPT in partnership with Goodwill of Greater Washington.
Some shoppers arrived as early as 3:30 a.m. ahead of the event, which officially started at 9 a.m. Organizers said more than 3,000 clothing items were available at deeply discounted prices, and an estimated 2,000 people attended throughout the day.
