BLADENSBURG, Md. — A deadly crash that turned a child’s birthday party into chaos last year is back in the spotlight in Prince George’s County. The man accused of plowing into a crowd of partygoers in Bladensburg was sentenced to more than 12 years, with all but 10 suspended.
