ROCKVILLE, Md. — Police are investigating a reported assault connected to a group of children on mopeds near Wootton High School.
Officers were called to the area of Wootton Parkway and Rockshire Place for an assault in progress shortly before noon on Thursday, according to the Rockville City Police Department.
