LSU baseball gave Georgia a run for its money on Friday night, but the Tigers were not as competitive in Game 2, falling 13-8 in a game Georgia controlled the entire way. UGA scored eight runs in the bottom of the second and never looked back. Starting pitcher Marcos Paz allowed seven of those runs. With the loss, the Tigers lost the series. Game 3 will be Sunday at 2 p.m. CT.
LSU only has one series left before the SEC tournament. They will welcome the Florida Gators into Baton Rouge on Thursday and try to get some more SEC wins
