WASHINGTON — A man was killed in a crash along the Beltway on Thursday, and Maryland State Police troopers are asking for the public’s help finding the car and driver involved.
Troopers were called to the westbound I-495 outer loop and Georgia Avenue at 10 p.m. for reports of a crash. First responders arrived at the scene and located a man.
They attempted life-saving measures, but the victim succumbed to his injuries
