FREDERICK COUNTY, Md. — A Frederick County man who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman and strangling her in a bar bathroom during a holiday party was sentenced on Tuesday.
“I was left for dead…He is a danger to all women in our society. My life is changed forever. He robbed me of the peace I once had,” the victim told the court during Trey Rice’s sentencing.
