WASHINGTON — A 35-year-old man is dead after a shooting in Southeast D.C. over the weekend. Police are asking for the public’s help finding the person or people responsible.

DC Police officers were called to the 2700 block of Langston Place Southeast for a shooting at 12:48 a.m. When officers got there, they found a man shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead.
The victim was later identified as 35-year-old John Allen Williams III, of Southeast D.C.
