As the Indiana Fever prepare for their final WNBA preseason contest against the Nigerian National Team from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Caitlin Clark provided more insight into her status after an injury scare in the Fever’s preseason tilt on Thursday.
Clark hit the floor after Dallas forward Alanna Smith collided with her and impeded her landing space on a third quarter 3-point attempt. Ahead of its preseason finale on Saturday night, Clark told the IndyStar’s Chloe Peterson that she did not have any overnight swelling or residual issues after hitting her kneecap on the floor on Thursday night against the Wings.
