Washington State point guard Jerone Morton has committed to the Kentucky Wildcats.
UK Sports Network announced the news on Wednesday.
A Lexington native, Morton played at George Rogers Clark and was part of their 2022 Sweet 16 Championship team and runner-up the following season. He was an unranked class of 2023 recruit who signed with Morehead State. After two seasons, the 6-foot-4, 180-pounder transferred to Washington State.

This past season, Morton averaged 7.8 points on 43.8% shooting (38.7% on 3-pointers), 2.6 assists, and 1.9 rebounds across 25 minutes per game. He also shot 82% from the charity stripe on 1.9 attempts per outing.
