WASHINGTON — Police have identified the man accused of shooting a woman to death in a Northwest D.C. alley during an argument earlier this week. The deadly shooting also led to an Amber Alert for the victim’s 2-year-old son.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, 28-year-old Hakeem Jones, of Northwest, D.C., has been charged with second-degree murder while armed.
