DC Metro riders face weekend disruptions on Blue and Silver lines, according to WMATA.
WASHINGTON — If you’re planning on using either the Blue or Silver Line Metro trains this weekend, you may want to plan on resorting to buses for part of the way.
According to Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, on Saturday and Sunday, Silver and Blue line riders will need to hop on buses between the Stadium-Armory and Downtown Largo Metro stops.
WMATA is suspending rail service at Benning Road, Capitol Heights, Addison Road, Morgan Boulevard, and Downtown Largo.
