Police say the girl was taken to an area hospital with injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — A girl is recovering in the hospital after she was hit by a driver on Colesville Road near University Boulevard East Wednesday morning. Police say the driver of the striking vehicle remained on scene.
