VIRGINIA, USA — Virginia has two special elections taking place on Tuesday, April 21.
In one, voters throughout the Commonwealth will decide whether or not to redraw the state’s congressional map.
In the other special election, residents of Alexandria will be choosing between three candidates running for an open seat on the City Council.
