Scottie Scheffler fired himself back into contention at the RBC Heritage on Saturday after a superb round of 64.

At the time of writing, Matt Fitzpatrick leads Scheffler by three strokes heading into the final round of the RBC Heritage.

The 29-year-old world number one was much more like his old self on Saturday at Harbour Town Links.

Scheffler made eight birdies and a bogey during his third round 64 at the RBC Heritage.

And it’s fair to say that Scheffler’s form at the RBC Heritage has been much more like what we’re used to seeing from him.
