WASHINGTON — A former teacher at the Duke Ellington School of the Arts was sentenced Friday for sexual abuse of a former student.
Mark Williams, of Virginia, was convicted by a jury in February of four counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a secondary education student and four counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor. He was sentenced to 16 years, but will receive credit for time served.
