After brain injuries, they found their voices in a hospital conference room choir

At an Inova Loudoun hospital, people with brain injuries are finding healing and joy through music in a group known as the Brain Choir.

LEESBURG, Va. — Every Wednesday, music spills out from a Leesburg, Virginia, hospital conference room.

The attend the weekly choir, there are no tickets. No stage. No cost.

But for those gathered here, the price of admission was steep.
