Two men were shot and killed near the Friendship Heights Metro station early Thursday

WASHINGTON — DC Police are investigating a double fatal shooting that occurred early Thursday morning near the Friendship Heights Metro station. DC Police said they responded to the 4400 block of Jenifer St NW around 1 a.m. on reports of a shooting.
Officers located two unconscious men suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the response from DC Fire and EMS, the men were pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
