LEESBURG, Va. — A Leesburg man is facing sex crime charges after police say an online organization focusing on people who engage in illegal activities with minors targeted him. 

According to Leesburg officials, 29-year-old Richard J. Solis is charged with four counts of solicitation of a minor under the age of 15.
