DUMFRIES, Va. — Two weeks after an argument on a basketball court in Dumfries took a violent turn and left an 18-year-old dead, police have arrested a man wanted for his murder.
Prince William County Police said J’Shaun Zomari Williams was taken into custody on Monday by detectives, along with the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force in Richmond. Zomari, 19, was charged with second-degree murder and firearm-related charges.
