WASHINGTON — D.C. Police say a juvenile was taken into custody Saturday night after gunfire erupted during what appeared to be another large youth gathering in Navy Yard.
Around 9:30 p.m., video posted to X by a user @Robbb1947 showed dozens of teens fighting near First and M Street SE. Members of the National Guard can be seen standing nearby as the crowd swarmed the intersection.
