Fairfax County Police announced Sunday that a driver is charged with failure to stop after a Feb. 28 crash killed a pedestrian.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — Fairfax County Police announced Sunday a 20-year-old Springfield man has been charged in a February crash that killed a pedestrian in Annandale.
According to police, Lucas Lese was driving a 2012 BMW west on John Marr Drive toward Ravensworth Road on Feb. 28 when he hit 56-year-old Sun Hyo Kim. Investigators said Kim was crossing from the south side of the street to the north side when she was struck.
