WASHINGTON — A New Jersey man has been found guilty of driving his SUV onto a sidewalk and speeding toward a 68-year-old pedestrian, prosecutors say.
Jack Dessin, 43, was found guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon with a senior citizen enhancement.
He’s scheduled to be sentenced on May 15.
