WASHINGTON — The lottery to win tickets for the White House Easter Egg Roll begins Thursday, Feb. 26.
A beloved White House tradition, the Easter Egg Roll dates back to 1978 during the presidency of Rutherford B. Hayes.
Tickets are free, and so is entering. You have to enter, however, to win. Tickets are not for sale or resale.
The lottery will end Wednesday, March 4 at noon.
