CLARKSBURG, Md. — A 19-year-old man from Clarksburg has been arrested for recording three women while they were changing inside a Banana Republic dressing room. Now, investigators are concerned about other victims, and are asking those who shopped at the store to come forward.
Fabio Delrio, 19, of Clarksburg, was arrested last week after allegedly recording women with his cell phone while they were changing in dressing rooms at the store in the 22000 block of Clarksburg Road.
