Man struck and killed on I-95 was out of his car arguing with another driver, VSP troopers say

The crash remains under investigation, according to a VSP spokesperson.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A road rage argument took a deadly turn on Wednesday when a person was struck by a passing driver on the highway. The person later died from his injuries at the hospital.

According to Virginia State Police, the crash happened early Wednesday morning, just before 2 a.m. at mile marker 163 in Fairfax County. Two sedans were involved in a crash in the southbound lanes of I-95. Following the crash, both drivers got out of their cars and started arguing on the side
