MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — An overturned tractor trailer on the outer loop of the Capital Beltway in Montgomery County is wreaking havoc on the morning commute on Monday.
The crash was first reported around 7 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 495 after the Cabin John Parkway (Exit 40). Traffic officials report three right lanes are closed due to the crash investigation. At least one person was hurt in the crash, but details about the severity of the injuries is not known at this time.
