Ligue 1 Mobilis: the LFP unveils the September awards

The Professional Football League (LFP) has revealed the September awards for the 2025-2026 season, recognizing the standout performers in the national championship after seven rounds of Ligue 1 Mobilis. Unsurprisingly, it’s JS Saoura, the current league leaders, who come out as the big winners in this first round of individual honors.

Lotfi Boudraa has been named coach of the month, a well-deserved accolade for the young tactician whose side has shown remarkable consistency. Under his guidance, JS Saoura collected ten points out of a possible twelve, stringing together three wins and a draw over the past month. Solid, balanced, and offensively sharp, the Béchar-based squad has claimed the top spot in the league table, sitting two points clear of MB Rouissat.

On the players’ side, Chakib Oudjane, striker for MC Oran, has been named player of the month. With several outstanding performances to his name, Oudjane stood out for his impact on the game and his consistent attacking threat. He also leads the team of the month, which includes several JS Saoura representatives: goalkeeper Sakari, captain Akacem, and defender Boutiche. MB Rouissat, currently second in the league, also sees two of its players featured, Fatawu and Benzed.

Olympique de Chlef rounds out the trio of most-represented clubs, thanks to Sadahin and Abada. The monthly selection is completed by Bada (JS Kabylie), Dib (CS Constantine), and Islam Bakir (USM Khenchela). This lineup perfectly illustrates the balance in a lively championship where several teams are confirming their strong start to the campaign.
